Default Smoke too

Also associated with too lean codes and erratic/poor performance: horrendous amounts of smoke on hard acceleration. Bad PCV valve?

pcv valve is a possibility .and its probably melting your cats . try not to hard accelerate with lean codes .
definitely find and fix your leak . don't keep driving in the meantime ,
start with a quick visual check . then live data values combined to find your leak .

Driving just enough to test, hitting it only very briefly. Gonna have to peck at it over the next few days, don't have time to really get into it right now.
