Default Smoked reflectors

I recently saw a picture of an S with smoked...as opposed to stock orange bumper reflectors, really cool looking

Are these available..preferably in the UK, or could I spray them with the spray that you use on tail lamps?.
How are the reflectors held in, glue or do the attach some other way?

i searched forever to no avail. there just clipped in put ur fingers on the top of the reflector and push down, it takes some force to get them out. then take 2000 grit sand them down real nice, then use vht niteshade, super light coats, 15 mins after another. i used 3 and mine are smoked. i have to redo one of them because i made to heavy of a coat. i also tried vinyl turned out terribly.

^ yep that is the easiest and cheapest way to go. I just did my side blinkers with VHT Niteshades. Popped them out, used just 2 light coats and then wet sanded with 1500 grit. Then added 2 coats of clear for a good gloss and smooth surface. Took like a half hour. Gonna do the rest of the markers the same way. 2 light coats works for me as the state vehicle inspections around here are a bit on the draconian side.
