Ive made a few of these but this is the most over engineered one ive done so far.

Havn't got an electric drill so had to do it by hand.I machined a 32mm hex do drive with the socket.
The tool is radiused to reduce the stress risers.
I droped it off at Sheffield and did a complete snout in about 5mins.
No need to take the blowers off of the engines now to reduce the snout to fit the 10% pulleys.

Hello there.... I know this is a very old post but would you happen to have the snout machining tool for rent or sale??

 

Probably would be cheaper to have a shop do the work. I’m having my supercharger snout modified at the same time I’m having the blower ported all in one go. Jokerz preformance is doing the work. They’ve done a lot of Eaton M112’s. Highly recommend them!
