Squeaky front strut!
2003 V8/base.
Yes my struts need replaced up front but it'll have to wait until next month. Until then I've got a very loud and annoying squeaking from the front end whenver I go over a bump. Is there a specific spot this might be coming from that I can spray some lubricating spray into? At least then I'll not be annoyed to death until it's time to replace.

How many kilometres/miles are on the vehicle?
If the front struts need to be replaced, have a look at the rest of the suspension components for wear as they can be renewed all together.
A squeaking sound can be caused by any number of parts, but you can spray the anti-roll bar mounts as they can cause a squeak if there is corrosion present.

Suggestion: Clean it first. It can be dirt or a super small road pebble. Then spray it but not all the parts at once. One or two at a time until you eliminate one side. Them move to the other side and repeat. Don't forget to spray the sway bar bushings after you do each side. When the squeak stops, you found it.
On my '02 V6, the upper ball joint was the source of the squeak. The specifics on the later model may be a little different, but the general principles should be similar. Note the suggestion to have a jack ready, a piece of wire to secure the spindle, etc.:

I did try squirting a little oil (LPS 3) under the boot and it helped for maybe a month at the most.

When you spray lubricant on rubber suspension parts, use either a silicone- or lithium-based lubricant. Petroleum-based lubricants can accelerate the deterioration of rubber components.
