I have found a place that makes very nice stainless steel headers for the 2003-2006 Lincoln LS with the 3.9L engine as well as the Ford Thunderbird which also shared the DEW platform. Both of these cars are a twin to our S types. I have e-mailed them about possibly fitting a set to an S Type. Billy from Stainless Works sent me a very nice e-mail and said they have not tried but if I could get my car to the Cleveland, Oh area we could see if they fit!!
Boy it would be great if I could add headers to my "R"!!
