it is built into the throttle body .. can't clean it.. if you have a check engine light on and codes are for tps or throttle failure then you will need a throttle body.

Think he is referring to idle.

Which elbow did you replace? The upper one or the one below the fuel rail?
If you didnt take the intake manifold off, take some throttle cleaner and spray it
at the back of the intake where the small breather elbow is. Spray underthe intake at idle
and see if idle changes when you do that. Of so it is the lower breather. Any codes stored in ecm?
