Default Stalling at Idle

After having my 2001 S-Type sitting for 2 years I've decided to finally get it back up and running. Replaced fuel pump/strainers and drained tank/refilled with new gas, everything seemed to work fine. After the car sat idle for a couple minutes it would idle very rough and stall out. The only way to keep it running was to keep the throttle down a little about 2k rpms. Now I can barley start it up and within seconds the engine shuts off.
If anyone has any idea of what the problem might be, please let me know.

Thanks.

Watch fuel trims and see if it's an air leak.

I changed the fuel tank sending unit/fuel pump gaskets, as well as the fuel filter. Still no luck.

Appears irrelevant to any air leak...

Short Term Fuel Trim is 31% in bank 1 and 23.44% bank 2. Fuel pressure is only 13.92 psi. I am also having problems with gas transfer across the tank from LH side to RH passenger side ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...s-tank-185837/ ) . Does the fuel coming from the other side of the tank help feed the fuel pump?
