steering wheel lights

Hi all, on my 2003 S type I don't have any lights on the buttons on either side o the steering wheel. At night there isn't any way to see the cruise control or position of the headlight control or wipers. Any suggestions on what to check out or look for. Thanks in advance for any help. Fred

Sorry, no lights on those buttons

Looked up your vehicle in JTIS. Like my 03 XJR, there just aren't any lights for those buttons. There doesn't seem to be any easy way to add illumination either.
