My steering wheel and drivers seat moves when I take the key out. You have to set it on auto for it to do that though. However, if your seat is all the way back, the seat won't move. Are you saying that yours doesn't?

I think I have the wheel set pretty high so that may be why, I'll have to check tonight.

No, My seat does not move but that's ok because on my last Jag. the seat would go all the way back and get stuck there and I would have to move it back manually.

Is the switch on the left side of the steering column set to auto?

I did check last night and the wheel was set at the top position, which was the reason for it not moving. I readjusted a little and both seat and wheel moved when the key was removed.
