Steering wheel and seat motors
After you turn off your engine and take the keys out, does your steering wheel adjust itself to rise and seat extend for easier access to get in and out? Thanks. And I was also wondering, I have a 2003 S-type R with 49,000 miles that was purchased from a used cardealer. Do I still have factory warrenty left on the vehicle?

My steering wheel and drivers seat moves when I take the key out. You have to set it on auto for it to do that though. However, if your seat is all the way back,the seat won't move.Are you saying that yours doesn't?

Is the switch on the left side of the steering column set to auto?

I did check last night and the wheel was set at the top position, which was the reason for it not moving. I readjusted a little and both seat and wheel moved when the key was removed.
