sticky towbar

Hi just got the removable towbar part for my car
JLM20831FIT-595 - Tow Bar

does anybody have this type ?

i'm having trouble putting it in.....

Are you fitting the whole towbar? What doesn't fit?

no its the removable part with the tow ball. part G on the diagram

Looks a piece of cake you just kneel on the storage bag and pop it in.

What seems to be the problem? Maybe a picture?

will do some in the morning.. seems to go in about 3 quarters then nothing..
the wheel on the side is not turning far enough i think to lock it.. but will have a go again in the morning..
