Default Str Harmonic balancer?

Has anyone had issues with a failed harmonic balancer on an STR? I have an 03 and last year it threw a supercharger belt. I replaced it. It threw it again. I looked deeper and the pulleys and tensioner looked suspect, so I replaced them as well. I've only driven a few miles while breaking in my new clutch so I haven't really gotten hard on throttle but it almost looks like the balancer is wobbling a little. Similar to when the balancer started to break apart on my other LS2 corvette. This wobble may also explain my sizeable front oil leak. The crank seal. I'm hoping it's not a terrible job to replace or source parts but any precious experience shared would be appreciated.

Try painting a stripe on the pulley face, to index the core, rubber sleeve, and pulley. Then go for a test drive and reinspect the stripe. If the inner core has shifted relative to the pulley, the line will also have shifted.

To remove the pulley, this recent thread may be of some help:
