STR serial number.
Hello Everybody,
I new in this forum, but I read regulary the new posts and for me this forum and the quality of the answers are real help for maintain and trouble shoot my STR 2002.
Today I don't found the answer at my question
I like so much the STR that I want to buy a second. I found one in good condition but the serial number is M45216 and all the parts regarding the S type R seem to be begin at M45255 .
Somebody has an explanation ?

Either a mistake or a pre-production prototype. There was a similar one mentioned before and parts were a major problem because the car was unlike any other in various ways.
If you are good at DIY and electronics & computers, maybe think about buying it but it needs to be very cheap.
