Had the re-flash done yesterday and it has not solved it. So, it's back to the garage I bought it from for them to sort out. Looks like it could be early signs of the TC going.
I do hope that this thread does not veer off into "who upsets Techs" land. To br honest, I couldn't see anything on the Thread that could p*ss anyone off. The reason I brought my issue to this Forum was a recognition that there were more members who could share technical expertise rather than just, "Oh yea, mine does that" comments that is common on other Forums i've visited.
Thanks again for all the advice and, if its not the TC, i'll let you know how I get on with getting it fixed.

ATJ, just do this, use your cell phone camera to video tape/ or another video camera, the problem. I used the camera system off my bike to capture what it is doing and at what temperature. Much easier to keep a track of it and use it in reference to showing possibly the shop.
