Default Stupid thermostat question...195 vs 188

I ordered a Gates direct OE replacement thermostat (meaning 195 deg F) and autopartswarehouse sends me a 188 deg F. Should I send it back for a 195 or just install the 188 when I do my water pump swap?

Thanks in advance.

Hmm, the Gates website, gatesoe.com, reports that this thermostat is 'OE Temperature' at 188 deg F, where the 'alternate temp' is 180 deg F. Other sites put the normal OE temp at 195 deg F. Go figure...
