When i bought my 03 s type I read a post saying that all of his suspension bushings and ball joints were bad on a car with less than 80000 miles. I bought my car in January and it started with loud groaning in rear end. Since then I have had to replace:

1. both rear lower control arms
2. 1 rear upper arm
3. both rear tie dod ends
4. both rear stabilizer links

Now the rt front has been squeaking. I found the upper control arm needed replaced. When i replaced this pieace I found that:
1 Tie rod end destroyed, and bad stabilizere link.

Is this normal for a car with 70 k miles and 8 years old? it spent 7 years in florida and 1 in West Virginia.

 

"It's" normal Mike. My 118K mile 03 STR went through a similar debacle 15K miles ago. It's ok though...you have a beautiful car.
