Angry Swaying, please help! Jaguar Tech any thoughts

I have a Jaguar S-Type 2000 4.0. It has a slight sway left to right from 40 to 60mph. the sway increase above 60mph. I have replaced the FRONT upper and lower control arms on both side, I replaced the lower ball joints on both sides, as well the control rod, and the struts on both sides. I have also replaced the ball bearings (hub), and the sway link on both sides.

I have not got and alignment yet for it. Everything but the struts and sway link were done at a shop, and they did the alignments then. But the waying started happening when my struts went bad. I replaced the struts and that help the sway by bring it to a slight sway. Would alignment get rid of it completely or is this due to something else, like bushings or sway bar? If so how do you tell if they are bad?

Thank you,
Damian

After all the parts/work you had put into the suspension...yes, a 4-wheel alignment is the likely cure for "The Sway".

Alignment is highly suggested after strut replacement on many vehicles, depending on the suspension design. You've come this far....

You didn't mention your tire conditions. With all of your suspension issues - do you have odd or uneven tire wear? Inner edges worn off? Proper inflation?

EDIT - dang it Rick you did it again. Is it the Cleveland passive-aggressiveness towards Pittsburgh?

Thank you everyone! Chis & Rick the tires and new as well with no uneven wear, So I will get the alignment done tomorrow and see if that solves the problem.

Thank you again,
Damian

I had the same problem on my truck after some work was done and the alignment solved it!

If alignment doesn't fix it, check out the rear suspension.

Might be wise to get it professionally checked. Heck, could even be tyres (tires) - wrong rating or badly inflated for example.
