Default are these the same?

im looking for a Jtis on ebay and my search brought up a few, is there a difference between the $18.48 one and the $3.49 one? they both say they cover the 2000 s-type, is it only a price difference from two sellers or is one actually better than the other? thanks

My guess is that the cheap guy knows that the program won't run on most 64 bit operating systems and is dumping them, and the expensive guy is hoping you don't find that out.

I've got the 3.98 version and it works fine, pretty simple to use and worth having.
