Looking to change my trans filter and fluid and wondering if the gasket is reusable or if I need one.. also anyone know if reared has a gasket for changing fluid or just drain holes? It's a 2000 stype 3.0

Get a new transmission pan gasket. Do not even think about reusing an old one.

Leave the rear differential alone unless it is leaking. Nothing to be gained by changing that fluid other than "feeling good".

if you decide to change your rear diff oil - use a transfer pump (drain old and fill new through fill plug) Car must be level and the diff housing is considered full when there is a steady stream of diff oil coming out of fill plug. Use 75W90 gear oil (preferably synthetic)
