Transmission Fault
My poor kitty recently experienced a transmission fault. I found it hard to believe something was actually wrong because I only have 1000 miles on the transmission since being rebuilt.
I took it to my local dealer and they found the P0730 code. Upon further inspection the trans cooler lines had not been properly installed and had been rubbing on the subframe. The constant vibration had rubbed a hole in the lines and dumped all the trans fluid on the ground.
The shop that rebuilt the trans took care of the damage and my baby is back on the road bringing me more smiles again. My backup car is a gen 1 prius so I am extremely happy to have my Jag back.
