Transmission shifting problem

Default Transmission shifting problem
I have a 2001 S-type with the 3.0 engine. Just bought the car and had to replace the transmission(5spd auto)....After replacement, the car will not shift with the gear selector in 'D'. It shifts fine if you do it manually. Transmission shop is scratching their head. This issue probably ruined the tranny to began with. Any suggestions?

Check to make sure all connections are tight. If the problem presists, you may need to get the tranny CM re-flashed.
