Default Trouble lights on, won't shift out of park

2006 S-Type 4.2 VDP. All at once. Won't shift out of park, check engine, red and yellow trouble lights on in speedo display plus yellow ABS light on. Also, a continual beeping to further inform me I have a problem. The display showing mpg, range, etc. is blank. Any thoughts?

Default Battery

I replaced it a couple of years ago. Seems strong and Jag started fine last winter here in Michigan after 5 weeks not running. (We were in Mexico.)

So it's not starting now?

If so get the battery checked.

Perhaps try a hard reset - you never know.
Otherwise you will need to get someone with a code reader to hook it up and check for you.

The display doesn't show codes - you need an OBD tool. Without getting the codes you're working blind. Tools start at under $10

Yes get the codes read. We can't help unless we have them.
