Default Vacuum Leak on supercharger & throttle body connector housing

Troubleshooting a p0171 error code and have identified a leak that is occurring where this plastic 90 degree tube connects to the aluminum housing (see picture). Note the housing connects the supercharger to the throttle body. The tube has a quick disconnect with an O ring which is leaking.

Looking for some help to identify the part number and a supplier for this tube. Local Jaguar dealer is saying I must by the whole aluminum assembly for $1,300 to replace tube.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

The part appears to be the adapter pipe for the brake booster.

The JLR part number is AJ84256. Use the 'Marketplace' drop down menu to search for one of the forum sponsors that can supply this part.

Just ordered the Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Connector and Seal. It is important to note that the connector/seal does not come with the replacement pipe reference earlier. In fact, I read again that it only comes with the aluminum housing. However, I did find it being sold individually from JagOutlet.com. Individual on the line was very informed and supportive. Thanks for the quick feedback NBCat.

You need P/N C2S15816. That will get you the brass housing that is in the aluminum intake part, plus the "O" ring and locking collar. Throw away the brass housing, replace the seal and collar and you'll be set.
The AJ84256 is the pipe itself.

Cheers,

Wanted to let all know that the O-ring was the root cause of the issue and all is running well at this point. Turns out the O-ring was completely missing! Not sure if it disintegrated which I hear can happen or possible fell out during other work. Thanks all for your help and feedback.

I recommend a much cheaper and more permanent solution. I have posted this multiple times and I did not come up with it but got it from a guy on the XK list.

You really should eliminate that crappy bit of Jaguar design. It was destined to fail with time.

If interested here is what I did on my 2005 STR.
