Default valve cover bolt snapped!

so I was working in putting everything back together after a valve cover gasket replacement on my 3.0 s type and a bolt snapped as I was tightening the bolt. It is the farthest bolt to the left close to the window of the left valve cover (the black one).

What would be the correct procedure to remove this bolt from the engine (the snapped part that stayed in) and where can I buy another bolt like this, it's one of the long ones 10 mm to 8 mm that holds the bracket by the window.

Hope you get it out ok,lots on youtube and toys to get at it..

Good suggestion and advice therave. boostedhkf, after removing the valve cover you may realize that there is a good portion of the bolt rising from the head. See if you can get a grip on this and unscrew her. As therave suggests..."lightly" torque her down.
