VVT Over-Advance

Wondering if anyone has dealt or had problems with the VVT being Over-Advanced? OBDII is reading P1386 and 1381 which means BOTH banks are being Over-advanced, dont think its a oil supply problem since they are Over and not under, unless there is too much oil pressure but that would be kinda weird. The engine just had a new timingchain installedso that means that both the VVT's had to be removed and before that the carsat for quite a while. I am leaning more toward a stuck actuator.Has anyone had to replace or has installed them? i was not involved in thetiming chainreplacment so im clueless as to howthey work and if they have to be put in a certain way orsomthing like that.Any infoand or help would be great since the valvecovers most likely are going to come back off :\
