Default suspension noise

I have a 2001 S-type 4.0. It was involved in a front end collision. unfortunately they repaired it so now the car sounds like a truckload of srap metal. Everytime the car move or turns all i hear is what sounds like the suspension creeping like on old bed. Is it possible something got damaged that would cause the whole car to make this noise. You can really hear it if you drive slowly over a speed bump or when turning.

I had a similar noise after changing my sway bar bushings. A bit of graphite lube eliminated the creaking.
Just don't use regular bearing grease, it deteriorated quickly and the noise comes back - i learned that the hard way...

When the ball joints are dry they can creak and groan when steering/turning, most noticeable at slow speeds. One of mine did just that, no movement or wear when tested.

What parts sustained damage? What all was replaced? Car pulling left or right at all?

Bushings.. impossible to tell which one without hearing it in person, but just take it back to wherever you had the car repaired... They might tell you that the noise had nothing to do with the repair they performed, but they might be able to identify whatever is making the noise so you can fix it yourself.
