Default Warranty with the Jag

If I was going to put warranty on my car, I want to make sure that the warranty does not have a catch, or any loopholes. I know that a lot of warranties are not what they look like once you read the fine print..

Bottom line, what should I look over and think over before I sign the warranty?

Right now I'm looking at a warranty that covers engine up to 3grand, and covers repairs like the sun roof stops working, mirrors stop working, etc..

The most important thing about a warranty in my view is the exclusions section. Make sure they're clear and there're no contradictions between those and the inclusions.

I'm just about to go through the same process myself....not one I'm looking forward to.

When I bought my Jag used I purchased an extended warranty from Easy Care (http://www.easycare.com/). It was a great warranty. I had the headlights replaced because the stupid self leveling broke. $900 bucks each! The warranty paid it.
