I use a different mount than the one I pictured. It is a fender mount. Basically a block that takes a bolt and mounts on an existing tab under the hood. The lines are longer than the ones used on the engine mounted versions but emptying it is super easy..

Again, they (Billet Technology) aren't the only ones that make these, but theirs are all made from solid aluminum. Everything is metal, down to the filter material and line fittings. They are also a business that is here in the US and machines all their products on site.

Everything I've ever bought from them has been beautifully made..

I did check Summitt, Jegs and a few other places. For the price and how it is made, it does seem like that is the one I will go with.

I also did like this one from Mishimoto

My throttle body looked the same as yours , I just cleaned mine and replaced vacum Lines PIA
