Which wheels??

Can anyone tell me what wheels these are..Seller says they are toba 20" ..I thought toba only came in 19" and these look different anyways .

Wheel diameter is measured at the tire BEAD DIAMETER, not overall diameter.

This is just a pic the guy sent me ..He's selling them I was considering buying them ..Did you know which wheels they were?

Cause I didn't even notice what the tape measure said ..But they still look different than the toba..
