Will Lincoln LS Cam Cover Gasket work?

Hello fellow "S" Type philes. The STR needs new cam cover gaskets. Will the Lincoln LS cam cover gaskets interchange?

I read on here that Lincoln LS 3.9 and Jag XJ8 4.0 use the same cam cover gasket

i don't know, the linclon engine is suposedly the same but a "de bored" version, i don't know if they have the exact same top end.

Thanks Police666. I went ahead and ordered an STR cam cover gasket kit from JagBits. Likely the same for the LS.

Yes they fit. As you know the 3.9 LS and the 4.0 Jaguar motors are exactly the same bore and stroke. So they are almost completely identical except for the VVT.
