I think it does, I'm sure a search will confirm.

the 2002.5 was the start of the facelift cars for MY 2003, IIRC the LS regulators do not fit the later cars.

I have replaced 3 window regulators and can attest that the Lincoln part fits perfectly for the front windows for the 2000-2002 S. The Lincoln rear window regulator does not fit but fortunately the Jag regulator is now available without the motor and is at least not too expensive ( $120 for the Jag regulator vs $85 for the Lincoln part ).

ls window actuator worked in my 2002 driver front window when it stopped half way down. Cost less than $80 at auto zone and installed very easy. There is only 1 hole that needs to be enlarged slightly.

Just completed replacing the regulator on the passengers side of the car. Followed Gus's web site instructions and everything went great with the change. I searched the web for replacement and all I could find for Jag was the regulator minus the motor for $248.00. Went to a Lincoln dealer and he gave me a price of $150 for a 2000 LS model with a motor. Went on Amazon and bought a Lincoln LS type for 58 dollars with a motor plus shipping. Looks exactly like the jag type. Only think I did different from Gus is I did drill a hole in one of the slots for fitting purposes at just about next to the original. It just seemed like the one I had would have to much tension on it to stretch it to fit all 3 screw holes on the front of door side where motor is attached along with slots for the gear sliding up and down. Put a washer on each side to make sure I had connection to door body and works like a charm. I did take the window completely out while doing the job and did not tape it up to anything. Was easy to get back in and just make sure it is fitting inside the rubber moldings correctly when re-installing window glass. Also did buy a prying tool to take the door panel off. Big help there.
