While raising the windows with the positive and negative wires straight from the battery
I could use some good advice how to get it done
anyone knows ?

Scroll down to figure 14.1. You will see there are only two wires at each window lift motor. In theory, if you connect battery power to one side of the motor and a ground to the other, the motor should run. If it goes the wrong way, reverse polarity.
Also note each motor has a little symbol like a figure 8. That's a fuse. If this internal fuse has blown, the motor won't run no matter how carefully you try. To test this fuse, connect a multimeter to the two terminals on the motor and read the resistance. If the fuse is good, you should show continuity through the motor windings, maybe a few ohms total. The exact number is not important, as long as you see something. If the meter shows no continuity, as if the leads weren't even connected, the fuse has opened or possibly the motor itself has failed. I do not know if this fuse can be replaced separately, but do not think so.
Awesome link ! And thanks for heads up on the issue 🤙
So the power wire gets real hot when connected to one of those 2 wires and no motion. Do you think I need to use the SAME gauge wire to make it work ? And if so, what is the exact gauge of those 2 wires to the motor ?

So I got the 12 gauge wire and tried connecting it to one of the wires , while the ground 16 gauge connected to the metal door frame and it produces is lots of heat & sparks upon contact thou no motor motion
Could it be that he the door frame is not grounded ?
