Have 2005 S=type with the washers built into blades, anyone know who carries the refills or replacement blades,other than a dealership?

Yes it has been talked about and there are several options. Search for wiper blades.

Just purchased a set for ours at the local NAPA store a couple of weeks ago. Drivers side is part no. 60-2401 and passengers side is part no. 60-1998....
