Default Working on DCCV and supercharger cooling

On my ‘06 STR, the car was going into restricted performance when I floored it. Ran the codes and got codes for lean banks 1 and 2 and one for IAT too hot.

Found my pump for the supercharger wasnt running. Removed pump and connected it to 12v and its good. Got the schematics and I have a question about the wire colors. Schematic shows intercooler pump wires are white w green tracer and black. But the wites coming off my intercooler pump are white with a black tracer and black with a red tracer. I went and got the upgraded bosch pump aso i cut the cable off the olde pump and got the mercedes connector and pins to make an adapter cable.

But the schematic shows intercooler pump wire (wite w green) goes to 117E. 117E goes to fuse F36. F36 gets power from relay R8. I need to track that down more as im having a hard time finding power there. So more to come later.

On the DCCV issue. I have 14v on the center pin of the DCCV but I only measure 5.8v from center pin on DCCV to outer pins. So I went to the RCCM and found its already been modified by jaguarclimatecontrol.com but its not working. So I ordered another RCCM and once I get it ill install the resettable fuses jaguarclimatecontrol.com added and cut the traces on the board.

I did check the dccv and its good drawing only .9A. Here are some pics

Intercooler pump wire colors

Aux cooling pump wire colors

Cable off original intercooler pump

Wire colors on original intercooler pump.

Did you check the pins on the plug....the one i am referring to is the plug located where the cooling fan and dccv plug are located....there are 3 plug connectors in that location...when i lost intercooler pump operation, i found 3 pins corroded and not making contact....i traced the pump wires to that plug and found them that way

Yes I did check it and at the momsnt I cant remember what I got. An old friend died Saturday and my heads a mess. I dont remember much of what I checked now and will do it again this weekend.

But I noticed corrosion on my pins and spent a lit of time cleaning them up with oxalic acid and baking soda and water and a brush. It nat have been corrosion though bc it was found.

On a different note, someone has been in there before me as all the wiring was zip tied to the aluminum bracket under there and all the wiring connections were under the frame where it would be exposed to water and possibly debris. Id thought the wires woulf be tucked up on top of the front rail instead of under it.

anyone have a harness routing drawing?

Originally those plugs are held in a giant clip....most often that clip breaks apart when removing the plugs.....my corrosion led to broken pins .,...i cut and spliced the bad ones. Sorry to hear about your loss....keep positive as best you can....your car will be there as you are ready
