X-Pipe
I replaced the resonator with an x-pipe, I already have high-flow mufflers. I will say this, it is louder, quite a bit, but it is smoothing out the more I drive as it was quite poppy at first which you can hear some in the video. The power pick-up didnt appear to be much ( maybe a couple hp) on top of what the new mufflers may have picked up from stock, this was done last year, no dyno then, sorry. But if you are looking for ideas to get a little more sound out of your car I would reccommend. I would be interested to see what sound difference this would make with the stock or more restrictive mufflers. No drone inside the car while crusing (especially on interstate), but its definately noticable at acceleration.

They are magnaflow mufflers that I purchased that are center to offset (see the older pic below without x-pipe) and you can see right through them and then I purchased the tips I wanted and then we welded it up. Had to modify the hangers but not that bad. Both times the initial sound wasnt the best but shortly thereafter it really smoothed out.

Nice set-up and fabrication - I noticed both you and Riski have mentioned the note smoothing out more as time goes by. Why is this?
I used Riski's set-up but stopped short of the resonator delete and I too have noticed the note change over time, not much but a change never the less.
