Proper torque for front bumper mounting bolts?

Question Proper torque for front bumper mounting bolts?

Does anyone know the correct torque value to reinstall the two mounting bolts for the front bumper?

These are part number 3 in the diagram.

I assume guide block to fender is the one you need
