05 S-Type Sunroof Replacement - Shattered
Hey all,
Today I was on the highway and some idiot threw down a rock or a brick or something from a pedestrian bridge and shattered my sunroof.
I found a 2001 S Type at a local auto wrecker and wanted to know if the sunroof will fit in a 2005. I am talking about just the glass (not replacing the motor).
Any advice or tips are greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Thanks @Norri , appreciate the info!
@Datsports: I'm not sure! I have heard conflicting information on fitment from various sellers. Some say one fits all, some say not.
My theory is this: I could possibly remove JUST the glass itself from the 2001 S Type and fit it using proper sealant and such to the 2005 S Type. My understanding is that the glass is the same, but the mounting hardware and tracks are different.
Keeping the hardware in place.
Thoughts? Tips on sealing the new glass in place?
