It looks like an alien version of the f type. Take a look at the coupe version. It looks over done compared to the ftype. Kinda like the new vette. I expect if you owned one, you wouldn't think so. It has beautiful lines.

Like the convertible, the coupe looks way too busy for me. And, given the price, that is a good thing. The interior is really looking dated as well.

It's a GREAT looking car, but for that kind of money.... my mind runs wild what I might expect with that kind of money.

I have to say that the zagato is my favorite aston by far. And then the engine note...just awesome.

That's got the Camaro thing going for it. The F type is far better looking.

Focus group:

"I like the F-Type, but it's just not ostentatious enough. Could Aston throw in some gaudy US design motif and sensibility?"

Super biased as we love our car, but jeez.... it seems a blatant "riff", but you are right that Aston is still watching Ian. I personally might be offended if I had designed the Jag and then saw this for nearly $1M. But I guess not everything can be revolutionary.

But jeez that seems copy cat til you get to the rump.

While not the Zagato I found an article for those on the fence about buying a used FTYPE V8s (hmmm that car looks vaguely familiar) or a used Aston Martin V8 Vantage. The editors took a stab at comparing them for would be buyers. USED JAGUAR F-TYPE S VS. USED ASTON VANTAGE V8 ? BUY WHICH BRIT? | AutoMentality
