ive mounted a set of seats from a 2007 S-type into my 1974 Toyota LandCruiser and I'm hoping someone could source me the wiring diagram before I start putting power to these seats. There's a lot in them I could potentially F. Up. Thanks!
hi
there's the 10 way and 16 way adjustable ones, your look like the 10 way
I can attach a wiring pic, but I dont think they will work, the seats have a module in them, which talks to the car via canbus and usualy have to be coded to the car, so even if you power it up I dont think it will work
as they have to be calibrated if a new module is fitted, via jaguar ids/sdd software
cheers

With some creative wiring, you may be able to eliminate the module and run the individual motors directly from the switches. You'd have no memory recall, but you should be able to get the motors to run. You'd also have no limit switches for end of travel, so you'd have to make sure to release the switch when motion stops and the motor starts to labor.
One slight hitch is the motors may draw more current than the switches can handle. In that case, you'd have to use relays to handle the current.
