Anyone With A 2017 Jaguar F-Pace Diesel?
yep got one - coming from a FL2 - its a big jump. and reduction in fuel consumption.
its the wifes daily and she is happy and i haven't had any concerns - the only thing is thats maybe not even a thing, the early software does not support OTA updates so i keep meaning to book it in for that 1 update then it will look after itself.
Was there anything in particular you were curious about?

That i could not tell you this is our first cat, the engine noise is fine for us. I have read how some owners complain of wind and road noise on the motorway - i dont think the wind noise is bad but maybe a little road noise - but that is with any F pace.
Okay, I think I’ll go test drive one. I plan to buy online and have it delivered but I may need to go somewhere to purchase in person🤷♀️

Hi ,
im about to import to kosovo a Jaguar f pace 2018 d 2d.
it has 109,000km. The report and exporter is saying it passed all analysys and tests and there is no issues with it. However, on some videos i have been provided especially on the one where he is accelerating from inside please see sttachement to me it feels like there is a weird chain noise? Is this noise a normal jaguar noise would you describe it as all good? Maybe im just overthinking it and its also in a garage.
any jaguar drivers advice much appreciated

I was bitten by the ingenium engine. They don't have a reputation for lasting over 100k miles. We got 108 out of ours, turbo went and filled the oil full of metal. Its between that and timing chain. Our add blue was also playing up as was our dpf and there was a worm bush in the rear that only came with a complete hub..... oh and I lived in constant fear of the steering rack issue.... it was a really nice looking car, and sad to see it go for that, but that was it, the rest is a pile of brown steaming stuff.
