Default 33K mile 08 VP didn't pass inspection

I'm getting ready to put my 33K mile 08 Vanden Plas on BAT ( Bring a Trailer) for sale. I don't drive her much at all-2,400 miles in the last year. Anyway replaced the battery 4 months ago, took it to get an inspection and didn't pass. They said I need to drive it more for the drive cycle to reset.-

At least 150 miles? Well I did drive her over the weekend 96 miles and I did replace the gas cap ( they said that was NOT part of the problem) and as you can see in the attachment it wasn't. I put my OBD Ancel LD700 on it. Any other ideas? I'll drive her some more after the rains go away see what gives. Other than this the car is perfect. Thanks.

Yes, not that it has something wrong. It just what it is: did not complete collection of required readings. There is code P1000 that tells cycle has not been completed and code P1111 that means cycle completed.
There is a thread here not so long ago someone gave detailed information on that.
I did clear OBD DTC in my car about 3-4 weeks ago. Put on about 200mi, one tank fill-up 19ga. It still has p1000 not turn over toP1111. Icarsoft reader tells only one part is not complete: 'comprehensive' something.
So get patient, with time it will turn over, just do not clear any DTC in OBD section! This will reset clock!

EVAP readiness can be a pain, I couldn't get it ready even after 150 miles of mixed driving. Reading through the forums it does mention to make sure fuel level is between ~30%-60% which may help speed up the test criteria?

I was finally able to get EVAP ready by 3 cold starts and letting it warm up fully each time. On each warm up I did hold the rev's at 2000rpm a few times, however that was for me to monitor MAF & Fuel Trim readings unrelated to getting the evap to set. I was surprised EVAP set ready without the car moving an inch.

Don't fill it over 60%. You need enough air in tank to do the test properly and a long run at constant speed for fastest reset.

Well as of 4/14 ,150 miles later no change, down to a 1/4 tank I'll put 5-6 gallons in and continue driving around.

Try what I mentioned above about about letting it idle from cold starts. I also tried getting it to set driving the car and couldn't get it after 150 miles.
