Default Will not start

I replaced the timing chains on my 2017 Jaguar XE with Ford Ecoboost gtdi 2.0L Turbo Petrol. I try to start it but it only cranks and does not fire. I have the SDD and the only fault is it can't communicate with the Park Assist Module (PAM). However, my gear selector will not rise from the parked down position, and the steering wheel will not lock. It remains free to turn no matter how long the car is off.

I had the battery tested and it passes the cold crank test at Auto zone and its less than a year old. The voltage is at 13.1v and I have had a battery charger on it and had it jumped to another running vehicle while I have been troubleshooting.

I have tried changing the GSM and ran the new GSM procedure in the SDD.

The tench digit in the VIN is an H which corresponds to SDD and not pathfinder.

AI has the PAM module in the right hand side of trunk, left hand side of trunk, and in the foot well on the drivers side of the car. I have not been able to find it, to try and unplug from the CAN to test if it is faulting out the CAN.

It also has a red triangle warning whith exclamation point when ignition switch is on.

The only DTC codes are the permanent codes from the timing issues that it had before I replaced the chains. Cam position (2 times), Crank position, High Fuel Pressure regulator past learning limits (Cam sensors, Crank sensors , VVT solenoids, and high pressure fuel regulator have all been replaced)

Any ideas?

@TheAndrees

The gear shifter will not raise till the engine is running. So dont worry about this now till the engine is running. As long you have communication with the gear shifter I think it should be good.

Now the timing job you did, first did you use a sevice manual and follow detailed instructions 100%? Or you watched YouTube videos and read random posts online?

If you did remove or disconnect any grounds while doing the job, go over your work and make sure all engine grounds are in place and tight. Loose engine grounds will destroy the PCM.

you need to make sure there is good correlation between the crank and cam sensors, if the PCM doesnt see good correlation for crank and cam it wont allow fuel/spark and wont run just crank.

Unrelated, but after reading some of your posts, I'm glad you're on here!

I didn't have the manuals, but I have the timing tool kit. I did it again today just to verify.
TDC set with pin and balancers in the 6 O'clock position
Flywheel locked in place with cylinder 1 in TDC with pin in place
Cam plate would only go on in the one direction (Cam lobe for intake is about 8 o'clock while exhaust is at about 2 o'clock)
crankshaft pulley timed with aligning tool
crankshaft sensor set at 20th tooth, the one with the dot on it.
SDD finds no modules in red. Except the PAM which was red when it ran before I started the chain replacement". All other installed modules are green. No DTCs identified. When reading the DTCs with my standard reader, it still only sees the permanent codes that was thrown before the timing chains replaced.
I went over all the wiring, all grounds are in place. The LIN wire on the alternator was pulled out. I replaced that wire and connector.
The Oil sending unit wire (single wire) was crushed by starter or flywheel lock tool. I replaced that wire and connector.
