Vanity mirrors issue
No "quick fixes" for theese. You have to remove the mirror/door assy from the visor, you need to be super careful since the plastic are brittle. There is a movie about this on the tube. (To the Garage i beleive) At my first attempts i broke both my sunvisors..
had to get two nice ones from rrr-lt, but now one got bad again..
The little stay-up springs comes/break loose and needs to be re-fitted and glued in place..

I had this issue on the driver's side. The plastic housing had cracked such that the springs were dislodged and one had gotten lost at some point before my ownership. Fixed the housing with VERY careful plastic welding, but still only have the one spring. Needless to say, I don't open the mirror cover unnecessarily.
If somebody is willing to part with a broken visor that still has at least one spring in it, I'd be very interested in buying it!

I don't think I've ever used the visors. If I swung them down I would have to duck down to see out of the windshield/screen. ;^)
