So the Grand Prix of Long Beach was in town this weekend, and my wife and I made a spontanious decision to go. I threw this ad up on craigslist that read the following......

★WANTED TICKETS FOR LONG BEACH GRAND PRIX★ - $30

Anyone with extra tickets available for Sunday's race at the Grand Prix of Long Beach please call me, last minute decision to go.......lets make a deal, it's better than throwing them away!....thanks Dave 714-715-9397

Within 5 minutes a gentleman calls and says he has 5 tickets that he pre purchased for him and some friends who all flaked out on him. He tells me that they are reserved seats at the start/finish line across from the pits. He accepts my offer of $30.00 each, he had paid $78.00 + fees each and at this point the race was starting in 45 minutes. So my wife and I drove and met him off the freeway at a motel, where he gave not only two, but three tickets for $60.00. We head to downtown Long Beach California which is about 15 minutes from where we met this guy, to get to the races three laps into it. 85 laps of some awesome racing, great price on the tickets, parking was super convenient and this was our second Indy race for the year...
