Ouch! I don't know exactly what I am looking at, specifically, but I know I don't like it. How did it blow in the first place?

 

No coolant and ran til it died. Dropped valves and smacked pistons.

Hey, bumping this for an update. Don't want our regulars around here to think you're procrastinating your project car, isn't that supposed to be a suprise gift? Hope not for Valentines day...cuz you only have 6 days! What's the status??

 

Car is all done except for pulling out the 4 dents in the body. After the dent removal I will post pics. Wife is driving it around already and loves it.

 

Hey, did you surprise here w/ a bow on it or something? Drop the keys in her purse for her to find...something like that? Tell me you used some element of suprise?
