Hi Guys, Does anyone know where I can either get a reliably reconditioned XK8 engine or a POST NIKASIL Low mileage second hand one please? It seems that it is going to cost as much to replace my head gaskets with the possibility of cracked heads than it will cost to replace the engine.. I would do the job myself but I need the car on the road.. Perhaps I could take the existing engine out and repair it as a winter project?

Thanks Ian, I managed to find an engine with 88,000 on for £900 is has been fitted and runs very sweetly.. But I have made a note of Ian's Details Cheers John
