Default Ramp/Lift in Hampshire/Wiltshire area

Hi Guys
I hope you are all well.
I am looking to borrow or rent a ramp/lift in the Hampshire/Wiltshire area. Does anybody know of one I can borrow to pop a Jag on?
I need to lower the front subframe on my XJ and get a little welding done on the chassis rails by the V mounts. I plan to do the work with my son but will get a professional welder in for the major repairs. The rest is general clean-up and overhaul while it's in the air.
If anybody knows of one I could borrow or rent then please could you let me know?
The car does not drive and needs work to get as far as an MOT, so I will need to arrange a transporter.
We are in the Salisbury area but will go where the facilities are.
Anytime in the next month or three would be ideal.
Many thanks in advance.
James

Welcome JB...Would I be wrong to say you may be in the UK? Please remember this is a world wide forum and there are a few of your town names about this planet thanks to imperial expansion.
That being said, could you please introduce yourself here (site requirement, only takes a minute)... https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...-intro-must-5/

As for your scenario, after introducing yourself and clarifying your location, you may want to try posting the regional forum as well... https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/regional-34/

Hi
Apologies, I joined 3 years or so ago and have been lurking since reading the excellent hints and tips on the forum. So effectively so long ago I had forgotten I had not completed an intro.
I will pop a quick intro through the link and try reposting in the regional forums. Yes UK-based. Update soon.

Many thanks
James

Welcome to the forums James,

I've moved your question from X308 to UK & Eire Region forum then found another version here and merged them.

Good luck.

Graham

Go ask the same question on the Corvette forum.

For further amusement, ask same on the Porsche forum...
