I'm in Glasgow, I'm having issues with my 2010MY XF 3.0 S. In the past I have used Prestige, Paisley. Does anyone know what's happening with them. they aren't taking phone calls or answering emails. I'm off the road and trying to avoid the hike across town to talk to them, if they won't pick up the phone for new business what sort of support can I expect when they have my car?

Can anyone recommend fair specialists in and around Glasgow? My thread in the XF forum regarding my airbag light stands, I have the code reader on order and if it's an easy fix I'll try myself, but I may need a local source of airbag system parts and possibly labour. Any and all qualified suggestions welcome.2010MY
