Hi Nicolas.
I hope you can help me. I purchased my jaguar and the battery was replaced without the radio code available. The vinyl number is SAJJPALG3BP811540. Regards No P840 07811444368. Any help much appreciated. Regards John Roberts f

Good Morning All,

My name is Ryan and I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I work for Jaguar Land Rover and have just been appointed to my new role as Social Media Executive. I will now be looking after this forum taking over from Mike who has now moved on to another role.

I have worked for JLR for several years within the Customer Relationship Centre so have the knowledge to be able to answer a wide variety of questions. If I am unsure of the answer I will know the right person to ask and then get back to you.

As time goes on I will interact with your general conversations on the forum and give advice where necessary. But in the meantime if there is anything you would like me to respond to please just send me a PM.

I am looking forward to getting stuck in and getting to know you all.

Its actually Ryan now Alexvv, not Nicola.....

Hi alexvv

Thank you for your post.

I note your comments and would suggest visiting your local Jaguar retailer with the relevant vehicle documentation and proof of ownership. Your retailer should be able to supply you with the radio code for your vehicle.
