Welcome to the 2017 Annual Convoy & Meet Event

This FREE event will be taking place on Sunday 28th May 2017 - with the main venue being Denbies Wine Estate, near Dorking.

It is a Jaguar EXCLUSIVE event! This year things are set to be even bigger and better than ever before with more cars (we now have a ceiling of 300 vehicles), more sponsors (with some able to perform work on site for you!), more prizes to be won on the day, and our annual award of the prestigeous 'JaguarForums.com Best Turned Out Jaguar' award up for grabs again PLUS the new award of 'Peoples Choice'!

The initial meeting point will be Pease Pottage Services with a quick Welcome speech and your free Welcome Packs handed out.

There will then be a convoy through winding country roads, with gorgeous scenery, from Pease Pottage to our new venue at Denbies Wine Estate. It will be the first time these roads will have ever seen this number of Jaguars passing through, and will set the tone for our arrival at Denbies, where we will have a grassed, enclosed area set aside exclusively for us for the day.

Denbies will be laying on a breakfast for us upon arrival. It is now officially just 60 days until our sixth Annual Convoy & Meet event!!

Just 60 days for you to sign up for this great event, if you have not already done so, and if you have signed up not long to go until our biggest and best event to-date.

I am sure that I have less hair now than I did when I first started organising this event, and what I have left is whiter still, but we do have an absolute corker of a free event this year for everyone :-)

The event has been developing it's sponsorship base to give everyone the maximum experience we can.

We will have three awards on the day - two judged by Tony from Harwoods, and one voted for by you the attendees with a prestigeous shield, a dashcam and over £100 of vouchers to be won by the winners of the awards.

There will be not one but two prize draws - one main prize draw (for which there will be a small charge) with a growing collection of great prizes to be won, and a secondary free prize draw for a Dinitrol DIY Rustproofing & Treatment Kit suitable for your Jaguar.

Even our Welcome Packs are set to be bigger and better than ever before, and will include details of the Wine Tasting Sessions, and Tours you can participate in at Denbies (noting that Denbies do charge for these, but nonetheless are well worth doing), plus our convoy route(s) information, and a numbered sheet for your Jaguar. This is in addition to the usual selection of freebies, and information that we always have in our Welcome Packs for you. The numbered sheet needs to be displayed on your dashboard at Denbies as these will be used for the voting process for the 'Peoples Choice' Award which will win the Jaguar with the most votes a high spec DashCam!

Our event starts off at 9:30am on the day at Pease Pottage Services, and after event registration and the free Welcome Packs have been handed out you will have the choice of two routes to follow to Denbies, depending on if you want a classic cruise or a more varied and challenging drive.

At Denbies we will (currently) have six companies setting up trade stands, there to meet you, offering free advice, products at show prices, demonstrations through the day and more. Tony from Harwoods Jaguar will be there offering full dealership support, The Leather Repair Company will be offering free advice on all your leather queries, & offering products at great prices, Valet SouthEast will be offering free advice, taking bookings, and offering a limited range of products, Anglian Remaps will be offering free advice, taking bookings and may even be able to perform some work onsite, Croftgate UK will be offering free advice, products at show prices, and demonstrating their products through the day, DesignXKR will be there - an independant Jaguar specialist, and I believe the RevsUK team will be filming parts of the event for us. Finally, we have managed to retain Steve at CarSnapped for our 2017 event - an incredible event photographer. He will be taking promotional shots for the event, and can take professional pictures of your Jaguar on the day that you can hang on the wall at very reasonable prices - one of those things we all want to do, but never get around to doing, making this a great opportunity :-)

In addition to all this we have not one but two great restaurants on site, a huge selection of award winning wines to purchase and so much more.

The biggest event we have run so far - and yes I am already on the case for the 2018 event :-)

Because there is so much packed into our sixth Convoy & Meet event it has moved from it's usual format of a 1/2 day event to a full one day event with things expected to wind down around 3:30pm :-)

Welcome to the 2017 Annual Convoy & Meet Event

This FREE event will be taking place on Sunday 28th May 2017 - with the main venue being Denbies Wine Estate, near Dorking.

It is a Jaguar EXCLUSIVE event! This year things are set to be even bigger and better than ever before with more cars (we now have a ceiling of 300 vehicles), more sponsors (with some able to perform work on site for you!), more prizes to be won on the day, and our annual award of the prestigeous 'JaguarForums.com Best Turned Out Jaguar' award up for grabs again PLUS the new award of 'Peoples Choice'!

The initial meeting point will be Pease Pottage Services with a quick Welcome speech and your free Welcome Packs handed out.

There will then be a convoy through winding country roads, with gorgeous scenery, from Pease Pottage to our new venue at Denbies Wine Estate. It will be the first time these roads will have ever seen this number of Jaguars passing through, and will set the tone for our arrival at Denbies, where we will have a grassed, enclosed area set aside exclusively for us for the day.

Denbies will be laying on a breakfast for us upon arrival. The options being: Full English breakfast with Tea or Coffee & Orange juice £8.25, a Bacon or Sausage Buttie £3.50, and a Bacon or Sausage Buttie with Egg £4.75. OK I can now officially let you know that we will have not two but THREE awards on the day.. giving you even more chance at winning :-)

Welcome to the 2017 Annual Convoy & Meet Event

This FREE event will be taking place on Sunday 28th May 2017 - with the main venue being Denbies Wine Estate, near Dorking.

It is a Jaguar EXCLUSIVE event! This year things are set to be even bigger and better than ever before with more cars (we now have a ceiling of 300 vehicles), more sponsors (with some able to perform work on site for you!), more prizes to be won on the day, and our annual award of the prestigeous 'JaguarForums.com Best Turned Out Jaguar' award up for grabs again PLUS the new award of 'Peoples Choice'!

The initial meeting point will be Pease Pottage Services with a quick Welcome speech and your free Welcome Packs handed out.

There will then be a convoy through winding country roads, with gorgeous scenery, from Pease Pottage to our new venue at Denbies Wine Estate. It will be the first time these roads will have ever seen this number of Jaguars passing through, and will set the tone for our arrival at Denbies, where we will have a grassed, enclosed area set aside exclusively for us for the day.

Denbies will be laying on a breakfast for us upon arrival. The options being: Full English breakfast with Tea or Coffee & Orange juice £8.25, a Bacon or Sausage Buttie £3.50, and a Bacon or Sausage Buttie with Egg £4.75. Please note that there will also be 10% discount vouchers available to attendees to reduce these prices :-)
