2004 xj8 i put a t valve between the air tank and block valve and aired system up to 160 psi, drove car for 15 minutes and suspension didn't raise. did not lose any air, pressure still the same. can anyone help me out on this?

i have 2 2004 xj8, the suspension i guess has dropped. my rear tire is on flat once the suspension went down. the tire is still on flat. do you think when i air the tire the car will rise a litte?
